Multicenter Prospective Blunt Thoracic Aortic Injury (BTAI) Registry

 The Aortic Trauma Foundation (ATF), in collaboration with the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST), has established a centralized, online data reporting platform for Blunt Thoracic Aortic Injuries (BTAI) with the goal to:

  • Establish long-term follow-up after TEVAR
  • Examine outcomes following non-operative management
  • Identify predictors of early rupture 

BTAI Registry update: November 2024

1,278 subjects have been enrolled in the study by 49 centers from North America and Europe.
